Bailey Pageant Bordeaux Series 6

Has anybody out there bought a new Pageant Bordeaux Series 6?

The reason I ask is that we are seriously thinking of purchasing this van but we have limited space around our property. I'm looking for a dimension that's not in the brochure and Bailey will not supply. I would like the dimensions from the wheel centre line to the extreme end of the van and from the wheel centre line to the centre of the jockey wheel.

Okay....Wheel centre line...to end of van=2mtres 57cms.

and wheel centre line ....toa point opposite the centre of Jockey wheel= 3metres 20cms.( this last was measured in a straight line with the main body of the van.... NOT in a diagonal line from the wheel to the jockey wheel...hope this is clear?)

Note: Also our jockey wheel (inflated type) was facing 'towards' the van as we guide it onto a security post.
