Nice caravan but I think you asking to much just look at a caravan dealer one was priced at £14,995 and you get a warranty with it

I’ve always bought cars and caravans in winter as I find dealerships are keener to do a good deal. Smoke free is essential these days, but with suitable protection to upholstery pets don’t creatE an issue. We’ve been complimented on the condition of our caravans when selling them even though we’ve had two medium to large dogs as long as I can remember. But wrt BBs comment it does seem overpriced for a private purchase, especially in winter, with no protection for the buyer.

That's an extortionate price to have a new roof strap - my Lunar is presently being repaired, needing a nearside front awning rail, nearside lower rail and front roof strap, £900 all in.

Simple. Some fool will pay the top price privately. When things go wrong in year one hope they have deep pockets😁. Nick’s price is over the top but round every corner there is a fool. The warranty from a dealer , and paid via a credit card ,does give the punter some protection👍👍

However whether a dealer or an individual they are entitled to ask for as much as possible for whatever they are selling and it is not up to us to criticise their asking price? If it is over the top, they will soon realise they are asking too much.
