I went to the NEC show as well and bought a Seville. the price on the van was as per the list price, without the dealers pre delivery costs - if I remember correctly around £495.
I have just pulled out the same retail price list that I was given at the show ( as at 1st September 2010) and see that the price for the Barcelona is stated as £19695.
The pre delivery cost is also quoted on the retail price list at £495 as well
it could be that your dealer gave you a lower price than the listed price, I went to two three different dealers at the show to get the best price.
