bailey windows

Hello all,

my first post!

Hope this is the right place to put this etc etc

We bought a brand new Bailey Ranger Series 5 500/5 in August 2006

by March 2007 all but one of the windows had a crack up at the top by the hinge, we then had to wait 8months to get new ones fitted then this year in March they have cracked again!! The caravan is hardly used (three times a year if we're lucky).

We are still waiting for replacements again.

I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem.

you've got me worried now of to check my bailey ranger now it also is a 2006. How big are the cracks ? are they hairline or more obvious ?

Hi marky p

the cracks vary in size. So far they have all stayed watertight but I think if we used our van a lot more it would be a diferent story! One or two were about 3 inches long but on the whole they were not very big.

We're just worried the warranty will run out, or does ir re-apply with the new windows?!?!

what you can do is ask yor dealer &/or bailey to extend the warranty on the repaired items especially as this has happened twice,
