Hi Buckman
Pictures can be uploaded by clicking the picture icon at the top right of the reply or post taskbar. Select the picture that you want to post and either click to upload it or drag and drop in into the picture aperture.
Some pictures may be too latge to upload. You can reduce them in size by using the crop feature on your picture software.

If you left click (and hold)the mouse and run it along the wording you want to quote, it has a yellow box placed around the part you want and a button comes up with Quote/Reply.
Click on Reply and the quote will appear on your dialogue box like this:

Are PMs allowed?
Yes the PM system is operational.
To contact another member, double left click on that persons Avatar and a box should pop up with a button Start Conversation.
Click on that and then fill in whatever it is you want to say in the relevant box.

Any reply will be shown by a red number by the envelope icon next to your name at the top of the page.

Okay got it so what is the purpose of the "Quote" at the bottom of a post?

It's for if you want to post multiple posts.
Allen the Alien will be posting some instructions later today which will outline some of the great new features that we can play around with.
