Hi all.

Thanks for feedback.

Our caravan is a Baileys Provonce Series 5. We tow with a Navara, so we can afford a bit extra to the nose weight.

We usually put bikes in the van but this can be a pain when setting up, or if we need to stop for breaks on longer tows.

Living on the Isle of Wight, anything that adds length puts up ferry cost, so thought this would be a good idea.

Dawn,

My lad tows with a Navarra and has an aluminium lid over the load area with 3 bike racks attached.

This may be a solution for you unless you have a "trucktop".

See what is on E-Bay.

Something else to consider:

If your Navarra has a flange type tow ball held on by two bolts. the Witter cycle carrier may fit the bill.

I used one of these on my Amazon when driving solo and when towing before I fitted a rack on the back of my Hobby.

The only downside is that the rear door cannot be opened without removing the carrier, but it does have a quick release button.
