brakes binding

hi all,just moved my van out to clean it(its parked at work) when i reversed it back in the brakes were binding and squeaking,i was struggling to reverse it back in,it was fine a couple of weeks ago just a slight squeaking noise when i came off the accelerator, will it just need regreasing?it was supposedly serviced in december when i bought it from the dealer

Hi there ghostrider , Its possible that you only have a layer of corrosion on your brake drum path , so as soon as you can take the caravan for a little run somewhere making sure you get the caravan brakes to apply several times .Then when you resite it ensure you gently pull forwards 6 " before you reverse the van into its storage site , going forwards that little bit makes sure the van brakes are off . good advice from steve it is probably nowt to worry about just needs a run out however did you park it up with the brakes on??

try not to wind down the legs chock the wheels and leave the brake off

just a thought
