Hi,
We've never had a caravan before but we just bought this one to revamp and to put on our land. Mostly to work in and for storage. WE have just pulled up the carpet in preparation for the delamination kit and removed several cupboards for painting. One thing that is puzzling us is the wall surface - we think it's wallpaper and we want to paint it...any ideas? Also we have no idea how to put the tables together to make the beds! Clueless!

The wallcovering is a foil laminate applied to the 3mm plywood, done in manufacture.
If you want to paint it,do not use a gloss finish paint, use either eggshell or matt, or you will be plagued by condensation.

Without seeing the tables it is hard to give an answer, but if the table is anything like the one used in the Hobby vans, they are on a spring assisted frame which you unlatch the lock and push the table down to form the centre part of the bed between the seats.

Thinking back to the late eighties and UK vans, it may just be a case of slotting the table into place and rearrange the cushions, it really could be that simple.
