Kath

I am still waiting on a Swift engineer to call me about the problem with my back panel on my Abbey Vogue.

The problem has been logged with you since the beginning of July (via Broad Lane @ Rugby).

I have sent you an e-mail outlining my issues/problems and I have had neither a call nor a return e-mail.

Could you please investigate your in-box and get back to me as soon as possible!

Hi Kath I have posted this in Equipment and Accessories but may be you can help even more. I have an Ace Upreme Twinstar that has a very poor shower

it semms to be quite a common problem but is there anything can do to improve this .

The Van is only 4 years old if that is any help.

Kindest Regards Sir Roger

Sir Roger

Send me your details and I will send you a new shower head (trigger style) to see if that improves the performance.

enquiries@swiftleisure.co.uk

Please mention this enquiry or the team may send you the same one that is on your van.

Best Wishes

Kath

Kath,

This is not directly concerning these posts, but seeing that you are on here then can you answer this?

If one buys a Swift van from a dealer some distance from where you live, because they have a good reputation/ deal etc, do you have to take the van back to that dealer for warranty work or can you take it to another dealer near to where you live to have the work done? In fact the same sort of system if one buys a new car.

Thank you.

The short answer is NO. I bought my Swift 'van from Birmingham, some 70 miles away from me. I get it serviced at a Swift approved servicing company 5 miles from where I live in Derby.

The dealer from whom I bought the van more or less said that he didn't expect me to take it back to them for servicing but would be pleased to see me when I was ready to change the van.

Swift will authorise any of our dealers to do warranty work on our vans. We also have a few Swift Approved workshops dotted around the country. We can give you information on this if you email us on enquiries@Swiftleisure.co.uk

Some dealers struggle to do any other work than that of their own customers due to capacity restraints.

Kath
