calorlite bottles

has anyone had problems getting calorlite 6kg bottles i live in the north of Scotland. Can get the bottles but none have the said gauge on them ,also they are charging £2 more than the ordinary bottles bit of a rip off for the same ammount of gas

Hi Dougie, I got a bottle in Inverness at a garage and it didnt have a gauge on it either, Ive heard calor have had a lot of trouble with the gauges and have been removing them during refill.

Hi i know im a bit south of you both, just bought two calorlights direct from calor depot in liverpool.

When purchasing the guy stated the bottles both have guages but be very wary when swopping as older bottles do not have gauges and some became problomatic with the valves.

all bottles produced apparently in las six months have guages and should be trouble free.

There was a shortage of gauges so most of the original pool of cylinders don't have them.

The extra price for the same gas is due to supply & demand pricing.

The gauger's were not much use anyway,they either Read full or empty nothig like three quarters full or empty .The big caravan shop in coppull chorley has lots.

HI! Barcas it take it we are talking BL--- P--K FILLING STATION i asked the guy why they were charging
