We have used Searles site at Hunstanton several times. Although there are a lot of statics there is large area for caravans - all facilities available and just a walk across a quiet road is the beach. Facilities are v. good especially for children. Hope this of help.
Skegness Sands is close to the beach at Ingoldmells although the sea wall is between the site and beach so I'm unsure of how much of the sea is visible.
I did check this site out when once in the area and what the virtual tour fails to show is a 360 degree view, hence you can't see the thousands of statics, entertainment stalls/fun fair or miners convalescent home which is large.
We have stayed at Skegness Sands and enjoyed it. The site has direct access to athe promenade via a gate to which you are given a key. Also just a short walk along the promenade to the town, although it is fairly uncommercialised where the site is.
