Can't decide where to go

any one with an idea where to go in mid august for up to nine nights with the wife and two small dogs, distance not too much of a problem can even stop off on route for night, leaving from midlands area, would like a site not too noisy. but with plenty to see or do around.

Stayed at a really nice site last year in Dorset called South Lychett Manor about 4-5 miles from Poole. Site good with excellent facilities and pets welcome. Plenty to do in the surrounding area and there's always a quick day trip to Jersey on the fast ferry for about

Stephen why not try Widend Touring site at Marldon between Paignton and Torquay ( just off paignton Ring Road). Very clean site and family run. Small drinks bar (no entertainment) overlooking outdoor heated pool. New shower block recently opened and also large dog walk - up to you how far to walk. very central for Torquay, Paignton, Totnes and Newton Abbot. Fine minutes into either Torquay or Paignton. From Paignton take steam train to Dartmouth.
