I have just bought a new sterling europa 550,the van is great but i have just returned from a weekend away and washed the van.when i cleaned the roof i was not happy to see water lying on the roof and to remove this i had to lower the front end as low as possible.when i phoned the dealer they said that swift group dont bond there roofs and it's normal for this movement.I know theres some movement but in places its 25mm and the water is round the skylights, has any one had this problem and is the dealer just fobing me off

The dealer is telling you the truth.

Swift do not bond the roof and what you have is common to the whole Swift range.

It is always advisable to store the van with a nose down attitude to allow water to run off.

Cheers ,when i visit the daeler at the week end i will be asking if this affects the warrenty then as the water is settling around the skylights. The van is on a site on a pitch and store so might be hard to lower the nose. thanks anyway
