caravan servicing in fife

We bought our caravan in England and trailed away down there last year to have it serviced but this year we cant/wont do it. I have the numbers of a few mobile guys in Central Scotland. Can anybody recommend somebody they have used?

Hi

If your van was bought new remember you will need to have it serviced by a workshop approved engineer. Other wise your waranty will be void . Also mobile engineers will be a little cheaper. As we got ours 110miles from home and get a local mobile to do work.

Thanks for the replies. I have a few numbers from the approved website, but i was just wondering if someone had used someone they would recommend.

Hi.

I could recommend someone but they in Dumfries as that where i am, they charge £1.30 per mile but only one way. As for central belt sorry unable to help you there. There price is £150 plus filters, one shot nuts etc. Total is under £200.

GEM Caravan Care has now done all our vans (3) and we are all pleased. Even organised a body warranty repair with a local dealer who initially wouldnt do it because we hadnt bought the van from them. He answered all our queries, allowed us to view the work going on.
