Although it may have been easier this year, I still think that there should be a limit as to the number of bookings that an individual can make, say a maximum of five different sites, and when one is used, then another can be booked. I'm sure that there are many people like me who don't have the luxury of having every weekend off, and cannot book every weekend throughout a year. Therefore when I am able to book, invariably the sites are full.
This is compounded by the t*****s who book and then either cancel at the last minute or simply don't turn up. Several weeks ago, I contacted Chatsworth (after website said they were full) to be told that they had a Superpitch available. I booked it, but when I arrived, there was a choice of Standard or Superpitch. We arrived at Rowntree Park on Wednesday to find the place deserted (weather related I know), and it's still three quarters empty now, even though the website says "full".
