Caravaning with a baby

We have a 4 month old baby who is too big for her moses basket and needs to be in the bottom bunk of our caravan. We have seen to cot rials you can buy in the shops but the say dont use them for under 18 moths. Don't caravan manufactuers make a cot rail specifically for use in these circumstances? A travel cot is too big.

Hi there, would you not be able to use the Tomy bed guard.? This would save her from rolling out of the space. We use it for our daughter on the side seat and it works great.

Hi We use the Tomy bed guard on the bottom bunk and it doesn't leave much room for falling out. Denise

We have used a standard bed guard for our 11 month old boy. No problems all season.
