Can anyone recommend any sites with carp fishing within about 100 miles of Hertfordshire.

Why dont you try White Springs in Swansea Tel 01792 885699 Carp to over 40 Lb tackle & bait on site

or if you dont mind traveling a bit further you could go to Wellington Country Park in Berkshire they have good lake fishing on site,and 4 miles down the road you have the famous Yateley complex with fish to nearly 50Lb ,if you pop into Yateley Angling Center they will give you a wealth of large Carp Fishing oppertunities in the area
