Hi, There could be several reasons your toile dos'nt flush, First check the fuse as Sparks suggests, i the fuse is blown then the chances are the pump is sized, the pump lies under the toilet roll holder which pulls out of it's seating, there also 2 micro-switches one sits under the flush, the other in a receiver where you place the waste tank,if you need a diagram to help go Thetford's web site and follow the links, as the toilets vary from model to model.

Definately check the fuse, then the pump, before going to the micro-switches as the latter is a toilet out jobbie and is a real pain. If the toilet shares the shower compartment (common in vans of that age) you`ve then got the hassle of resealing it when you replace it.

Mine was doing the same but on an intermittent basis, so when I checked the pump on a bench it worked, resulting in me stripping out the unit (twice) only to discover it was the pump all along. If in doubt swap it.

I`ve checked the fuse had the pump out that seems ok but change it to be on the safe side.
