Hello Jo-Anne,
This is a large site, with about 7 lakes, so almost certainly you will have a lake view of some sort. Important feature, lots of visible security, who tour the site on a regular basis. Good fenced in play area, for the children, on site Fish & Chip Shop, sit down Restaurant. Good shop with all you will need, including caravan accessories. The site has a large mix of Mobile Homes, lots of Seasonal Pitches and plenty of Touring pitches c/w Electric Hook up. There is an excellent pub on the other side of the canal, through a tunnel or via the road, there were children playing there in the garden and the food is good pub fare.

The area around the site is excellent typical English villages, with the large Shopping Centre at Milton Keynes a 15 minute drive away. This was the first site we visited with our new van, and although I do not have a great deal of experience, I would recommend the site.

No doubt Dean (forest gump) will give you more detailed info, as he is a regular visitor, as it is close to his home, once he see's your post.

Best regards,
George
