Discolouring of panels

Is there an answer to the problem of yellowing plastic moulded body panels? The caravan panels have gone a yellowish creamy colour is some areas, will this clean of with a proprietory cleaner, or am I stuck with it. The caravan is around 6 years old.

Sounds as though the manufacturer has used a cheap quality polyurethane (a favorite material for low volume moulded parts)without an ultra-violet light stabiliser. That ends to go yellow when subjected to prolonged sunlight. As the discolouration is not just a surface residue, about the only way to get rid of the problem is to paint the affected panel.
