Am I the only person who thought the fridges were made by Domestic? Spending several weeks touring Europe in the summer, I got to spend time looking at quite a few caravans and motorhomes while soaking up the sunshine. Just before we went home I noticed one of the foreign vans (Belgian I think) had a Dometic sign on the side of it. Funny I thought... is that some sort of copy of the regular domestic units... Then I looked about and realised the error of my ways.

Am I alone in this or have I caused others to walk outside, look at theirs and be shocked to the core that they have been imaging a phantom S for quite some time?

I was caravanning in the days when caravan fridges were Electrolux and saw the announcement when the caravan unit was bought by Dometic so it was never a problem but we all do something similar sometimes.
