I don't remember that one, but I do remember Yorkshire Caravans of Bawtry advertising in our area - and the 'Grab Line' was a small child saying (in Broad Yorkshire) 'Can we 'ave one Dad?'. Anyone remember that one?

I do Val. Like many others families I suppose, that line was used by our family for many years when it came to somebody wanting our parents to buy something that involved a bigger than normal expense......new bike, new tv etc.
In fact when we first went there when we were looking for our first caravan 6 years ago, its the first thing that popped into my head as we reached the entrance.

ETA Parksy, Glossop Caravans advertise here in the YTV region

I was waiting to see what you'd come up with El Sprocko
Like yourself (I suspect) I had a quick Google to see if I could find the advert on You Tube.
Unfortunately it's not there but I found the old picture which I was going to download to the forum. I had to go out and I was a bit late so I thought to myself 'I bet Sprocket will find the advert (remember when they were called commercials?) and the old picture so I'll leave it for now'.
Voilla!!!

p.s. apparently the 'Can we 'ave one Dad' advert can still be heard on local radio

First time i saw this commercial on tv,
I thought wow where is Bawtry.
But it did not matter as no one in our family had a car
