Electrics tripping

I've got one ofthose annoying niggles I can't get to the bottom of. One of my MCB's will trip out for no apparent reason, normally during the night. The circuit it is on is the power, fridge and fire one but even if I turn these off, it will still trip. It will do it during the day too but it will do it when connecting the hook up lead and also when disconnecting it. I am thinking it's maybe the fridge element shorting or the fire one shorting. I've checked all the sockets and all the wires are secure but do not know how to check the fridge or fire elements. Any other ideas or tips before I pay out for an electrician to do a full check. I've got a 2005 Coachman Amara 530/4 if that helps!

Both the fridge element and fire tend to fail open circuit.
I would suspect the CB.
Breakers don't like repeated trips, but its difficult to advise with out seeing the job.

It did cross my mind as to whether the CB was faulty. It would be the cheapest option just to replace that as the fire and fridge are working.

Have you thought of contacting Coachman. You can e-mail them from their website. They will know if there is a problem or trend with the kit. Their usual supplier is BCA leisure who also might be able to help.
