We are due to retire this year and intending to take an extended holiday (52 days) staying at several sites in France and Spain and want to take our small dog with us.
No problems with Ferry or sites and will be getting a pet passport and have booked in with a vet in France a couple of days before we get the ferry back into the UK however just checked with pet insurance and they have told me that you can only insure pets abroad for 30 days at a time.
Can anyone advise/recommend another provider who will cover for this period. I'm sure some do as I had read of a number of people taking their pets with them on extended holidays?
