Well thanks for your posts and enquiries. Upper body and arms are looking good now thanks mainly to using the powerball. I can walk around the house a few steps at a time and my Christmas treat was to drive a Porsche with hand controls on track fo 20 laps. I was as quick as Iain the owner of the car within 5 laps so I have no hang ups about driving again.

I've also been offered the race drive of a life time for 2008 if I can get fit by July and I've done so well my Docs reckon I will make the fitness as I've driven them mad with constant excersise. I've been learning race tracks on a Playstation like the pro's and can whip the kids hands down as well :)

I only need two more ops now and I go back to Florida in ten days time, and should be able to come home after Easter if I maintain the fitness regime. I've a bet with the surgeons that I will do the London Marathon next year as well sticks or no sticks. But there will be NO STICKS or crutches!
