Hello Dean,

I have sorted the problem with the Thetford Flush on our caravan. I spoke to Piers at Nene Court Caravan Services, in Raunds, Northants, with the intention of arranging to take the van in for it to be sorted under warranty. However he was able to tell me on the telephone how to fix it, which I did tonight, in about 2 minutes. You have to very gently lift the plastic cover over the switch, using an optical screwdriver. You can then see a small electrical board, and this should have been located on 2 pins on the panel, but had not been done so properly. This resulted in it being pushed off, when we pressed the flush button, and therefore when we next came to use it, there was no contact.

Once again thanks for your help at Cosgrove, we both appreciated it.

Best regards,

George
