I am resorting to the forum,to express my disappointment at the back up service I have recently received from Swift.I purchased a new sterling eccles topaz in November 2008, mainly on the reputation of Swift products. I started my holiday in England on 15th June this year,and on the very first day the lock on the entrance door broke. I could't get the key into lock. As I live in Northern Ireland I phoned the dealer,and explained what had happened. He agreed to order the lock from Swift,so it would be available on my return. I had to continue my two weeks holiday unable to lock the caravan.Two months on,and Iam still waiting for this to be repaired. The dealer informs me that Swift sent a new cylinder for the lock,but with the wrong keys
I spoke to them today 17th Aug and it would seem they are still waiting on a new lock. In the meantime my caravan still lies unlocked. Iam really disappointed with this service. Can you find out what the problem is?
