Hi Paul, Ive just bought a seconhand alko wheel lock and am well pleased with it, I did read with intrest on another thread about a plastic backing, can you possibly give me any more details as I do not want to mark my wheel as others have done. I have used some electrical tape for now.

For security reasons I had the lock delivered to another house in another town. How do I go about re regestering it incase I need a new key or new barrel, as I dont have the password from the previos owner.

Thanks

Kevin

Trucker

My two came with the black plastic "glove that separates the alloy wheel from the red metal casting of the lock .I'm sure Al-ko should be able to supply you with one plus the registration details thing. From memory I did my registration over the telephone.

Cheers

Thank you Paul

I agree. I needed information regarding removal of my 3004 hitch. Paul immediately sent me some questions to help him and after answering his questions, he was very helpful, attaching a pdf of the complete maintenance procedure.

It's good to know some companies take customer service seriously and thanks to people like Paul, Alko are certainly one of them.
