Sorry this is a non caravan question.I have a dual flush loo at home and a while ago had a new valve thingy fitted but now both flushes are the same amount and it refills quickly my guess is that the valve is set at too low a level so that the cistern is only part filling.

OK the question is how do you adjust the level

There should be a ball or similar shaped float in the cistern, it needs raising on its arm.

Usually there is a grub screw in the collar of the float, undo it, raise the float and tighten the screw again

Plotter, then it may have an adjusting screw (probably plastic) in the hinge end where the float acts on the valve, the screw sets the rise limit, undo it a bit to let the float arm raise up more......other than that I am not sure

If the float valve is working correctly and filling the tank, the problem probably lies in the central mechanism. I have a toilet tank of French origin which has dual flush and the amount appear to be controlled by the position of a "bucket" on the outside of the central syphon. This "bucket" is a white plastic affair about 6cm x 2cm at the top and about 10 cm high. It fits on a rachet mechanism and is fairly easy to move from it's original position - up or down. It needs to be nearly at the top of the travel for best results. If yours has such a device the experiment with different positions of this bucket.

Hope this helps - trust you appreciate us Mods putting our reputations on the line !!
