Hi Paul - you must be enthusiastic, creating your first post in the early hours of the morning! I thought I was an early riser this morning, waking up at 4.30 but you beat me too it! Anyway, welcome to the Forum.

You forgot to put Dear Fellow Caravan enthuiasts "and fellow motor accessory shop owners who want to advertise on Practical Caravan forum" Paul.
You won't be chatting with us anytime soon pal because you tried to advertise in another section of the forum so you're banned.

Hi Parksy
So those of us who replied to Paul in all good faith now feel real donkey dogs. How can we avoid this embarrassment in the future?

The only one who ought to feel embarrassed is the 'caravan parking' guy who tried to hoodwink the genuine, friendly heplful forum members who took the trouble to welcome him to the forum Dustydog.
The reason that I found out that this person wasn't quite what he wanted us to believe is because I have more information at my disposal with which to check these things out, which I do every time

I for one am always glad when new members are welcomed in this section, there's nothing worse than a newbie fearfully dipping their toe into the forum with a tentative introduction and being completely ignored.
I'm afraid that I've had a bit of fun at the expense of our would be advertiser but he's not one of the worst by any means.
At least he only wanted to flog a few parking sensors (we don't park caravans b.t.w. Paul, we pitch them).
Some of the things that we manage to block before they reach the public forum would make your hair curl and we're not talking heated rollers
