fitting towbar...how easy? hard?

Fitting the towbar itself is not usually a big problem providing the instructions are self-explanatory. The only minor complication that may occur here is if you need to make a cut-out in the car's back panel or bumper. However, the electrical wiring can be quite an issue for the inexperienced, especially on modern cars fitted with canbus systems.

Linda

just finished fitting a bar to a renault megane took 3 hrs start to finish minus the electrics hardest bit was getting the rear bumper off. All bars should come with good instructions so just takeit step by step Towsure are very good as are witon. Witon have a technical phone number to call if you have any problems .have also fitted a bar to an 04 plate ford mondeo very easy bar one bolt at left of exhaust very hard to get tightened. all come with bolt and washers and nuts nearly all newer cars from 89 onwards are all drilled for bars so no drilling required

good luck
