Hello, some may remember that i had a brick through my van window and a few other parts of the van damaged (in insurance section) well im still wating for a phone call from the repair center,The insurance company was good to there word and the money for the repair is there wating, it will be eight weeks next tuesday.

What i was wondering was... is there anyone who uses this site who could speed up the parts needed to repair my caravan. Thank you. :)

Sorry doug

Cannot help. I have a front OS spare window with a small crack that you would have been welcome to borrow till you got yours.

I had to wait about 10 weeks for mine and that was when Fleetwood had a working factory.

Sorry

why not ask the repairer to fit the window as soon as it turns up so you can still be using the caravan. then have the rest of the repairs completed when the rest of the parts are in stock. well this is what i normally do in these circumstances because windows normally only take a couple of days from the supplier if they are in stock, and normally 2-3 weeks if not in stock.

Yes i may ask him on the phone if its arrived yet then get him to fit it while were over there. I remember someone telling another user on here of a place that dose them to order, but calnt find the post.

I was told by the loss adjuster from the insurance company that there is a code on the window that has to be the same because the tint is not same on all vans in that time gap.

Long shot but was there some user on here from Adria caravans?
