Flow jet water pump

Hi

I've Just bought a new ace award morning star with a end wash room the only problem im having is when the pump comes on and I turn down the tap it starts pulsating and getting water every where.I know that I should just take the van back but it might just be some thing simple after all the manufacturers say it should be a smooth flow.

Can any one help

Philip I had a similar problem on my Abbey vogue, when I got it new end of 2006. When it went back to the dealers they checked it and they had a note on there computer to check the presure, it was set at 30. If I recall correctly they changed it to 20/25, it solved the problem.

also these type of pumps do take a bit of priming to get all the air out of the system.
