Hi Rob,

Just wanted to say that I was up at Loch Lomond recently and watched the sea plane taking off and then went back to see it landing.......it was great !!!!

Have now booked for hubby's surprise b'day present so hope he doesn't read this.We have to wait until the beginning of June and are also going to Crinan.....al being well.Really looking forward to the trip.

Good to hear you were impressed by the seaplane and I hope your husband will be too. We are looking forward to the 18th May.

Molly and I were up at North Ledaig for a week and had a pitch from which we could watch the comings and goings on the airfield. We saw a seaplane landing on the runway! It had wheels protruding from the floats. I hope we land on water - no fun if we don't.

On a sad note, we left our pitch just as the plane which crashed on Monday took off. It was a miserable day although the fog/mist was lifting.
