This years festival takes place at the wonderful site,
http://www.elmcottage.co.uk/ over the weekend of 14th 15th September 2019.
Set in the very pretty Cheshire countryside. Elm Cottage Touring Park, is situated at Chester Lane, Near Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 2QJ
This is an ideal time and place for new and old alike Forumites to meet up, have a chat and an Ale or two. Jacobs Table dining one day, maybe fresh pizza from the sites oven using their converted barn. Dining out at the local too. Everyone is absolutely free to do their own thing . Many of us will stay for a week as there is so much to do in this area.
Remember the good old PCv Rallies at Stowford? Long gone but I assure you this will be just as good doing our own thing.
If you are interested please book with the site direct and let them know you are part of the Forumites and Woosie set.

Hi Forumites and Woosiefest 14 - 15 September 2019.

Dustydog, aka Alan, is being a busy-bee arranging this meet that looks like it is going to be a lot of fun!
At this early stage booked attendee's and pitches already taken are as follows.

This park is near the busy Outton park Race Track so during this period there are events and the park can easily get full.

Although the Rally Barn was already booked by a "born again scooter meet", tentative arrangements are underway for us to share the barn for our Jacobs Table (bring and share) dining on Friday evening especially as we are told their group will be very small and they appear not to mind sharing with a rowdy caravan mob! Alan will confirm in due course.

It looks like we will be able to indulge in the park's home made Pizza's on that evening as well.

Hi Forumites and Woosiefest 14 - 15 September 2019.

Dustydog, aka Alan, is being a busy-bee arranging this meet that looks like it is going to be a lot of fun!

Plans are afoot to dine out on the Saturday evening and after close investigation and a recce of the local area a lovely pub serving great food is been considered. The Red Lion. There are basically 2 options a small local The Shrewsbury Arms which after inspection will be too small. The second being a very nice more spacious pub just down the road called the Red Lion Inn. The advantage of the Red Lion Inn is that no matter how large our numbers grow for this event they can expand and fit us in comfortably. The owners are extremely pleasant people and eager to help.

Here are a few pics on the Red Lion in the mean time:
Table area for up to 24/26 or so

This whole area will be used if numbers exceed 16/20 or so using the whole wing:
