Hi

Chateau des Ormes in Brittany has two lakes for fishing - I know one of them is carp, not sure about the other. There's a couple of pools, including one with water slide, and plenty going on in and around the site. Some of the pitches are in woodland, and lovely, some are in rows and more regimented. They do have a website but not sure of the web address - try typing in the above into Google.

clearwater lakes looks a nice place to fish - also in Brittany, unfortunately you cannot stay in the van on site (you could always e mail and ask them as there are showers and toilets) but im sure there would be somewhere nearby to stay where you would all get the best of both worlds.

They were featured few years back on channel 4's NO GOING BACK program.
