The Moderator did it to stop the same name been used two time.

ther was a lot of trubull going.

A lot of peolp did not like it.

he tring to put it back to how it was.

In effect my understanding is its illegal to have changed how personal information is used with out the agreement of those providing it. I have removed my surname, marking it as withheld, until the change back is done and this is a way of blocking access to the information.
