Not had a caravan from them but have bought 2 awnings there. Good price, helpful. There were some curtain poles missing from the first awning which arrived in the post within 48 hours of the phone call.

Can I suggest that you Google Glossop caravans for reviews before making any commitment?

I bought my last caravan from Glossops, I Found them to be very fair to deal with.

They gave me a very good price for my old van, changed my mover for free and supplied a new awning at a reasonable price.
Overall a good experience.

There are mxed reviews for Glossop Caravans as there are for most other caravan dealers. For absolute peace of mind if you've found your next caravan and are getting a good deal why not spend £50 or so to get an independent mobile service engineer to carry out a damp check and an inspection?

We have bought 2 new vans from them , bought at the NEC so only went up to collect them.Their deals were always very good and we found they couldnt be beaten, but our last 2 vans they were well out on price so we purchased elsewhere.
Very sales driven but do sell an awful lot of caravans, experience all ok and they used to send me the spare parts to save me taking my van back , saved a day and 300 miles.
Vans were always spotless when picked them up
