Currently I have packing tape glue on the side of my caravan which was left when I removed brown package tape(masked up window due window been smashed).The tape has left a brown glue mark on the side of the caravan. What is ideal to remove this off the caravanwith out doing damage to the caravan.

White spirit should do the job for you, it is very benign and wo'nt harm the piantwork. It's also cheap in that most folks already have some.

I have allways used "Evostick Remover" for removing any type of adhesive tape marks or excessive glue
