hi andrew again, i have been to this site in a static before we bought the tourer. we went may 2005 for just over a week.tidy site statics, tourers, tents, and motor homes on same field. take away okay, club house okay but loud not much of a kids play area didnt go to swimming pool.
harlyn sands beach is lovely huge and very sandy.
try mother iveys bay holiday park but it is expensive high season but very nice, private beach.
there is another site with a beautiful beach with a huge rock pool in middle to dive off and great for rock pooling not far from harlyn called treyarnon bay caravan park/site. i used to go there very year in statics as a kid and when i got a little older. there is nothing on site apart from showers and i dont know what the amp would be on the touring site but its a fab beach and the views are nice and you can see the light house.
i would still have a look at carnon downs but it depends what you want.
