Has anyone received good service from aftercare recently?

Has a member of staff gone out of their way, gone that extra mile to make you go away and feel, yes I'll go back to them again?

Come on surley someone deserves a mention for good service rather than that more than my job is worth.

Sorry I meant Aftersales in Caravans.

We spend all that money, and we find something wrong, is it put right straight away?

Do we have to wait months?

Was ths Service Straight forward?

Is the guy in service bay helpful,did he appologise?

We all seem to take these people for granted somethimes, it is not always there fault.

I know I was not to pleased when we went out for the first time in our new van and the oven did not work.

A call to the dealer and to the manufacturer of the oven, a call out and it was fixed.

I don't know who Aftercare are but we recently had a caravan repair done and the repairman went out of his way to find the right parts and did a really good job of fitting them and if there were any problems I am sure he will do everything to put them right. He was not a main agent.
