Heki vent struts

Hi Folks, Anyone know if it is possible to service the pnuematic struts on the Heki 2 vent.

My vent just dropped down twice last week in the heat when I needed it the most.Mr Murphy's law again?

Thanks in advance for any answers, and solutions if possible?

New struts wanted (saying this 1 will be weaker than the other most prob). Try a caravan breakers .

Hi you could try the manufacturer who I think is Dometic, again I think that their website is www.dometic.co.uk.

I have contacted http://www.leisurespares.co.uk/ by email this afternoon and had a reply already!

They are expecting stock in about two weeks time so I will be placing an order by telephone first thing tomorrow.
