Hello Richard

I can only suggest that you continue to treat your wife with love and respect, give and take, and all of the other much quoted forms of treatment. By the way, happy caravanning!

Hi Richard

Welcome.

Make sure her indoors understands the words "to love and obey".

You'll need that when erecting the awning;LOL.

Have fun

Cheers

Hi

To help you keep your marriage vows 'to love and to cherish'

A practical tip - make a list of what you need to have in the van before you set off, if the van is stored away from home in a storage place, note what is in the van and at home. A list of checks you need to do before you set off eg check the handbrake of van is off when hitched to the car etc. If you use an awning -marking the poles with coloured tape helps. We research some places we'd like to visit, eat, shops, petrol stations etc with post codes for sat nav . It helps with flexibility.

Good luck in 2010

Hello again Richard and Lucy. We've had our little jokes now about your request for tips!. Seriously, anything at all that you need advice on,you will only need to ask and all of these fellow caravanners will be delighted to help.May I wish you both a Happy New Year and many years of enjoyment of your van. We've been wed for fifty years and caravanning since 1973 and still enjoy it (caravanning).

Good luck

Derek
