Hi everyone.
I'm Lee and my Wife is Helen.
The boss is Sky the Sprollie!!!!
We're from the Altrincham area in South Manchester and, have been caravanning for about 8.5 years.
Our first van was given to us due to all the damp, a 1985 Avondale Perle Olympus. It sat partly dismantled on the storage plot for about 12 months, until a Valentines day visit to a certain large caravan dealers near Glossop saw us drive away without the Perle, but towing a 1993 Lunar Clubman 475.
That was 2005 and, the Clubman saw around 355 days use in the next 8 years. In August this year we were staying at Poolsbrook Country park and decided to go for a takeaway in the nearby town(?) of Brimmington. Of course, across the road from the takeaway was a caravan dealers and, before long we were signing on the dotted line for a 2007 Lunar Ultima 524!
The difference was unbelievable. Just the fact of having heating on tap is brilliant, lol.
Our next outing is to Southport for a long weekend on the 21st November so, if you see a steaming Lunar Ultima, with a bossy sprollie and a dirty whte Peugeot 406 - say hello!!! We won't bite - although Sky will want to know where her treats are, lol
Lee and Helen,
and Sky!
