Help!

Hi all, I purchased a Geist aktiv 495 last May and have had a few issues I plan on clearing up before the new season. On the front of the caravan there is these white strips that I can't find anywhere and when googling it just always pops up with the herzim strips. I have attached some images so if I can get any help of you experienced folk it would be a great help. ATM we have it duck taped in place.
