Hello all,
After a break of 20 odd years we are venturing back into the world of “jam causing”! Recently retired after 40 years in the RAF and hoping to be able to get away for 5 or 6 weeks every May/June and then again in Sep/Oct. Awaiting delivery of our Coachman VIP 460. My plan is to do a quick shakedown trip over a weekend before we hit the road for the longer trip. Any advice or tips very warmly welcomed.
Thanks for having me!
Mark

Welcome Mark, just take things nice and steady, don't buy too much for the van, until you have used it a few times, and don't buy kitchen ware from Caravan shops, too expensive. Lightweight Plates, can be bought in Ikea and other places.
And just relax into your new van.

Hi Mark,
welcome to the Forum. You will find plenty of great people on here who seem to have a vast knowledge of most things. Please feel free to ask no matter how stupid the question may be. You’ve certainly picked a quality caravan. BTW where I live in North Wiltshire there is a number of retired RAF personnel.🍺🍺🍺
