A couple of weeks ago I found water running down the roller blind cavity above a window just below the back panel and roof joint of my caravan. Upon inspection I found the sealant at the end of the metal seal strip to be loose and raked out the old sealant, sealed everything with a adhesive/sealant and refastened the metal strip into place. I am now fully confident that all is well and truly sealed - far better that when new.
Damp meter readings show that around the window and on the ceiling there is some damp but everywwhere in the caravan is totally damp free, luckily there is no staining or water damage.

What is the best way to dry eveything out properly? the caravan will be in use for two weeks then stored at home behind locked gates until early September before we use it again.
Any suggestions for the drying out would be useful

I'd be wary of using heaters to dry out the caravan because heat can cause wood to warp. Try leaving the rooflights and windows on the night latches to circulate air and open the windows and the door fully when you're at home to keep an eye on things.
