Does anyone have any tips for drying our our caravan seat cushion after a spillage of water and humidity control granules from the collecting trough. Due to the purpose of the granules the cushion is sucking moisture from the air and is constantly damp. Its now 2 months since spillage and thought the granules would have reached the limit of their absorbancy by now but after consistently drying out the cushion we are no further forward.
 
As soon as you dry the cushion out the granules soak up more water - must be the nearest thing to prepetual motion. Maybe one of the re-upholstery firms would advise - I bet they have come across this sort of problem before.
