Lutz, here is a radical thought, why dont we all buy cabin cruisers instead of caravans and just tow them onto site for land use but then we have the option of putting them in the water when required. I believe they have similar amenities as a caravan but I suppose that depends on the model.Presumably they dont have the same water ingress problems as caravans. Thats the answer for the caravan industry!!! Build them like boats????

Now if they did that I wouldn't be tearing my hair out wondering where everything is going to go when the van goes back to the factory in June for two weeks and all we can leave in is battery, gas and curtains!
