Isle of white festival

Hi Gang,
Anyone out there been to the Isle of white Festival ? just a few questions........

1) are there caravan pitches within the festival area itself ?
2) if not, where is the next best place for caravan, as close as possible to the festival?

Looks like you can camp on site but no vans,

The festival camping fields are some way from the main entertainment areas and are just that,,fields.
There are no special caravan pitches, no waste disposal points, no nearby taps.
Also, forget the 3 mtr spacing rules, everyone is packed in like sardines with barely any room to get between anyone else, so be prepared for a VERY close encounter with your neighbour !!!! and once on site, that's it for the duration of the festival.

If you plan on coming over to the Island for the festival with a vehicle ,BOOK YOUR FERRY NOW !!!!!!!

Getting any kind of accommodation close to the festival site WILL BE EXPENSIVE.
